I am Emma Storey-Gordon or, as that is a bit of a mouthful – ESG for short and I run ESGftiness which is an online coaching program designed to get you the results you want. I blend a scientific background with practical firsthand, real world  experience to offer a unique approach to diet and exercise.

Working with me you’ll be getting the best of both worlds.

My programs are tailored to you, you goals, your needs and your preferences. No program is the same because no client is the same!

There are loads of online coaches to choose from but if you want to work with me then you’ve come to the right place.

I take a no nonsense, to the point approach to diet and exercise. I like to teach the how and why behind your results so that you can maintain your results long term.
Forget empty promises, confusing and conflicting advice, cherry picked, bias and outright nonexistent research behind  health fitness and fat loss claims.

With a logical, personalised approach structured around your life anyone can get in shape.

Many online coaching services are generic. Everyone gets given the same plan with no consideration to your life, preferences, facilities, schedule, starting point or level of experience.
Here, everything is customized specifically for you with amendments made if your circumstances change!

When you join ESGfitness you become part of a team. I am here to support you towards your goals in any way I can. I am here for the break throughs and the setbacks. The road to success is never linear and there will be plenty of both.

Take the guess work away

Are you putting in effort but unsure if you are putting in effort in the right places? This is why a lot of diet and exercise plans fail.
Leave this to me. Let me show you where to put your efforts in to get the best results.
No need to worry about what to eat or when to eat it. Or about which exercises to do how many times and when. I’ve got all that covered.

‘I don’t have time’ will never be an excuse again. Your plan will be tailored to the time you have.
And adjust when required. Busy spell at work? Let’s schedule some shorter work outs. Traveling? I’ll send over some body weight circuits.
No matter what is going on there is always a solution if you are willing to look for it.

Diets that work round you

Quite simply..I will make your diet work for you. I will create a plan for you that includes your likes and avoids your dislikes. I can show you how you can reach your goals while enjoying your favourite treats be that wine, chocolate, ice cream or cocktails. There is no need to avoid eating out either.

Why online coaching?

Fit your sessions around your schedule

No need to fit around your personal trainers schedule or pay for missed sessions. You can train when you want where you want and you can change your mind too!

Cost

This is the biggie. Online coaching gives you far more for your money. For roughly the cost of 1 personal training session a week you are getting a fully tailored training and nutrition plan, weekly check ins and continuous support all geared towards helping you achieve your goal(s).. whatever they may be.
There is no way a face to face trainer can afford to deliver this at the cost of a 1 hour training session.

Structure and progression

If you are paying for 1 hour of your trainer’s time you will more than likely get 1 hour of fairly random exercise per week. You may feel like you’ve worked hard but there is very little, if any structure and progression to this. Your money is far better spent buying a plan with continued online monitoring, support and required adaptations.

What do I get?

An overview of your program and goals
A tailored exercise program
A tailored meal plan (well, actually 3 to get you going)
Calorie and macronutrient recommendations
A nutrition guide to get you started

All this will be sent over a free app which you can access on your phone or computer. The app allows you to track your work outs, activity, nutrition, weight, measurements, progress pictures and much more. It is also where you will have contact with me and complete your weekly check ins.

In addition to this you have ME! I am here to support you and help you get over any barriers or setbacks we encounter along the way. I am also here to make required adjustments to make sure we keep progressing and to give you a push when you need it!
